    Actually one time where I'm looking forward to weighing in in the morning. Hoping I see results there too.

    I am over my cals by 326 today, and I broke down and had a snack tonight even though I was already over my cals. But I am seeing great improvement. My snack tonight was a small bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats w/ skim milk instead of cheese or peanut butter & crackers. I also drank 9 cups of water, walked to pick up the kids from school, and am now on day 5 of Shred. I even went a little further today! :bigsmile: Without being as winded afterwards! :bigsmile: And surprised myself because I actually looked at the tv at the right moment to notice that I have actually have been finishing circuit 1 and have been part way into circuit 2! :bigsmile: I've been stopping after the 1st part of cardio in circuit 1 and just walking around the living room until the abs section because I'm just too out of shape, but I even got a little further with that today too! :bigsmile:

    amypyr - awesome job on continuing your circuit. One day over every once in awhile isn't a horrible thing. Just keep track like you have been. Sometimes just knowing what we are putting in our mouth helps us to get or stay on track.

    Here is my challenge. When I ovulate, I have the same symptoms as my TOM (bloating, severe cramps, hunger for sweets) due to those stupid cysts. In the past, I always say to myself "well, I'm already 'fat' and I hurt so I'm just going to eat!" and then add back anything I lost the two weeks prior. Up, down, up, down. So in writing this down, I am reminding myself that it is just temporary. I can hold out for 2 days and then maybe I won't yoyo, but rather when it is over, the weight will go down.

    I'm going to weigh in tomorrow as I couldn't get it done this morning. Finally sun here today so I'm going to do some walking with my baby boy, and then Zumba tonight. Bye bye pounds. You are not welcome here. I want a 2 lb weight loss this week and I am going to have it!!!

    WOOOHOOOOO considering a few days ago i saw 269 AGAIN ! ahhhh it made me buck up into gear... i agree with B ... must be those photos... haha.....
    I have been doing well under cals but i need to make healthier choices under calories ya know? ... like i did in the beginning ! ive definately been getting my water in ! maybe that is what helped my weight go down today .....
    its a step in the right direction !

    Wow! We are on a roll this morning! Go Girls! I didn't think I would lose anything but I did. I am becoming a firm believer in WATER. The one think I notice more than anything is the belly fat seems to be less. You all know what I mean... The saggy skin in the front....When I sit down the "roll" is now just a "flap". FOGL!

    Amy S and B -- I think you might be the two bravest women I know. You gals just put it out there.

    Today I am hoping that my son will come out and fix some of my hot tub so that i can fill it. The winter was brutal on it. If he fixes this part than it will probably save me about 150 bucks. Keep your fingers crossed! Well off to work, have a great day everyone.

    Totally bummed! But I know it's my own fault! Maybe this was the motivation I've been needing! Time to get to it!!!

    Last night I did go for a half hour run with the dogs and burned 300 calories! Felt GREAT and LOVED the fresh air!! Tonight my husband is going to be gone, so we'll see what Kadence allows me to do. I might just go on a walk with her! Have to enjoy the nice weather while we have it!

    Yeah! I'm down 1.5, had to be from moving/cleaning my sons apartment!
    I think we should challenge ourselves this week by drinking 64 or MORE oz of H2O per day and exercising 1 HOUR everyday!! What do you girls think? The exercise could be done twice a day for a half hour!!! I think this could really help us!! Good job LOSERS! Non LOSERS, hang in there, we can do this!!!

    It's so exciting when you start seeing results!! This is the first time in months that I've been able to log a loss 2 weeks in a row! :bigsmile: It was less than a pound, but it was a loss! I probably would have weighed in even less if it hadn't been for all the sodium in the pizza I had for dinner last night.

    I am up to 157.2 from 155. Ugh. I am not eating right.

    I talked to my therapist about my binging. We decided it has to do with my fear of losing custody of my daughter, which is a completely irrational fear, but deeply seated (seeded? ceded?) in me. Naming it helps. I am still actively working on it. Also going to start reading the book my beloved Tamm sent me -- The Beck Diet. It addresses a lot of eating issues.

    I joined the gym last week. I went Tuesday and ran. It was HARD. Running aggravated my already sore back, so I rested until Friday when I ran again. HARD still but I managed 10 minutes of running, in spurts, over my 25 minute workout. I was pleased. I go back to the gym today. Not sure if I will run or try to mix it up. I'd love to hit up yoga tomorrow but not sure if my work week will allow for it. Ugh. (I'm feeling whiny today. Please excuse me.)

    flipped a semi tire at training(44 times) today loved it. even with a finger in a splint. DH says he will get me a tire for home......
    we had to do 6 different exercises for 44 times each one. cause it was the head girls birthday and she's 44.

    i can do the water verda count me in on that one.

    Cathy great job! Those suckers are heavy, I know cuz my hubby beside being a farmer is also a trucker!! If you can do this then you can do exercise EVERY day! Take it in increments of twice a day or six times as long as you get in an hour!! You are much stronger than you give yourself credit for! Don't let that little:devil: tell you any different!!!!! Have a great rest of the day!!! Oh and it is a good thing I was'nt in your class and it was my b-day. You would have had to flip that monster 51 times. Oh good lord, I would have had to die on my birthday!!!!:laugh:

    Ok...so it's gotten cold and windy, so no walk with the little one tonight. Hoping to get in some walking on the treadmill. Maybe I'll head down there with my book after Kadence is in bed! When I read I usually end up walking for a couple hours!

    verda--- im totally in on the WATER/EXERCISE challenge... and will be posting just how i do each day !

    I drink THREE 32 oz bottles per day !

    and i will be doing either the leslie sansone walking 2-4 miles EVERY DAY (those are 30-60 minutes), as well as the days i do a lighter walk .... ill be doing the firm or yoga booty, and my husband and I have made a challenge to do the WII FIT at least three times a week for 30 mins !

    that should kick me up a notch !

    Verda / Amy, I AM IN TOO!!!! haha Yesterday i drank over 92 oz of water today i have drank 68 oz already and i havent even gone to the gym yet! And after work I am going to the gym to get back into C25k, I figured I would just resume week 4! BTW GRATS TO THE LOSSES!!! (haha amy and verda exp!)

    I just wanted to give you ladies an update on me. My computer still isn't fixed. I'm in the process of buying my first home and I'm overwhelmed to say the least and stressing. I have narrowed it down to two house BUT now today I talked to the banker and he got me thinking some more. LOL. I'm just feeling like a puzzle right now, with pieces spread all throughout the world. Losing some sleep but PRAYING I make the right decision for me. I'm just trying to stay SANE. Though, I am staying on track with my fitness. My eating can be better and so I will focus on it more for the rest of the month. I mean, if I go to Chickfila I get fruit instead of fries with my kids meal, that deserves some credit. LOL.

    I miss you ladies... I wish I could do personals. Maybe next time!
