    I haven't been on MFP on the internet for a while; i seem to rely on my phone which is a bad thing because I don't get to see amazing posts like yours. Congratulations on your success. I must say that seeing things like this are what really motivate us all. I get to a point where I lose focus and feel defeated. thanks so much for this post you have definitely helped to remind more than a few people of why they're here on MFP. Congrats again.

    Thanks a lot for the affirmation, how motivating all these replies are! It has been A LOT of hard, hard work but the return on investment is that I got my life back. I really missed me, glad to remember who I am again. :smile:
