Neither. I refuse to settle and I refuse to starve.

Option C ... be at MY ideal weight for MY own body while allowing myself to eat what I want, when I want, while lifting three days a week and pole dancing one day a week.

I choose FIT and HAPPY! You don't have to starve and be miserable to be at your goal. That's just nonsense. :flowerforyou:

10 pounds over my ideal weight isn't fat. So I'd choose your version of "fat" and happy!

Oh my God, fat and happy no contest!

Although I'm hoping I can find an healthy balance of skinny-ish and happy :)

If those are the only two options, fat and happy.

I am not fat, on the skinny side, don't starve, eat what I want, within reason of course, and happier than I have ever been.....just saying.

indulging at birthdays, xmas etc won't leave you 10lbs over your ideal weight unless you are one heck of a social butterfly!

That's not even a question. After being 130lbs overweight, I can handle being only 10 pounds over but being happy.

I'd rather be me....slim, healthy and full up.

Fat and happy do NOT go hand in hand

Just because you are skinny does not mean you are starving. Quite the contrary, most of the time those that are fit have figured out how to enjoy food without having to go overboard and eat everything. And I do things that I like for exercise, hiking, sports, skiing. I don't do them just because I need to burn a few calories.
