Getting out of Starvation Mode??

so, everyones talking about "don't eat too little or your body will go into starvation mode"
so what do I do if My body IS in starvation mode, and how would one go about getting out of it?

    Eat TDEE for a week or two with a day or two of an actual surplus.

    It is actually a hormonal imbalance that is created slowly. By eating at TDEE and a small surplus here and there, you'll help restore the hormones to their normal levels.

    "Cheat days" and "Cheat meals" are meant to fight entering that state when used properly.

    i dno? maybe change your "goals" section on this app to "maintain my current weight" and eat at that level for awhile? then go down to "lose 1/2 a lb a week" or something?
