    SO happy for you. My sis has been on a journey, now at -110 lbs so I know the ups and downs, and you are a victor and a champion and a changed person! Taking care of self. Flaunt it...you have worked your *kitten* off....literally and you deserve the rewards.

    I was over 300 at the beginning of 2010. Went from 310ish to 250 by 2011. 250 to 225 by 2012. 225 to 195ish now.
