Coming off of Weight Watchers

So I am coming off of Weight Watchers. It helped me lose 30 pounds since July but I've reached a plateau. My main problem is food. I know duh, right? But I'm always feeling hungry. No matter what I eat or do that's why WW was so good because if I wanted to eat 4 bananas I could...but that was probably also why I plateaued. Before WW I only ate carbs, sweets and things that werent good for me. I feel like a slave to food. Either I'm counting it, craving it or eating it. WW provided food lists and all kinds of great tools to help me decide what to eat and what not to eat. This is a whole new method for me and I'm not really even sure where to start. Does anyone have any helpful tips/ideas for a newbie to calorie counting. Things that should go on a shopping list, things that should be in your pantry - things that should not be in your pantry? Just some general tips and encouragement as I begin a whole new journey. Let me just throw out there that I am a busy mom - working full time plus so I don't have lots of time to spend counting/tracking. I know my health should come first and I should make time but that's just now what my schedule will always allow. Thanks in advance.
