Spinach
Strawberries
Watermelon
Flax seeds
I normally fill it about half way with spinach and half with fruit then add a table spoon or two of flax seeds. Throw in a bit of water so it will mix nicely and I normally add some chunks of ice near the end just to make it nice and cold (though I'm sure you could just use frozen strawberries instead). It comes out so good I love it! Can't wait to see the watermelons out again to make more.0 -
1.5 cps unsweetened almond milk
Handful of Kale
Handful of Spinach
1/2 cucumber
celery
cacao powder
cinnamon, 3 shakes
turmeric, 1 shake
1/2 lemon
1/2 orange
Whatever else I can find to put in it that has anti-inflammatory properties0 -
Dark chocolate almond milk (this is the key, it makes everything awesome)
banana
peanut butter
spinach
I haven't made in a while because I killed my blender. I actually drank part of the gasket that came loose and got mixed into the smoothie, but it was so delicious I had no idea. I never measured I just made it until it looked right0 -

handful of spinach
handful of kale
a couple of mint leaves
squeeze of fresh lemon juice
half a banana
1/2 cup of frozen sweet cherries or frozen peaches (really, you could do any fruit)
1 cup liquid (I do 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup of whatever fresh juice I have in the house)
I am a smoothie-a-day person, and this one is always my favorite. I make about 20 freezer bags at a time with everything except the liquid (spinach, kale, mint and lemon juice in blended ice cube form) and just pull one out every morning, add the liquid, blend, and go.
This is pretty much my go-to recipe to a tee...minus the lemon juice. Does that help with the bitterness of the kale? Great idea on making the little ice cubes0 -

my body doesnt handle milk well, so i usually just put a banana in my protein shake bottle, add frozen fruit, just enough orange juice to cover the fruit, and blend with my immersion (wand) blender... put my lid on my bottle and go...0
