Hello my name is Deanna
I live in Portland oregon, a mother of two beautiful children and the wife of an extraordinary man. I have a passion for fitness,living life to its fullest as well as baked goods and anything else that's full of carbs,sugar and fat. Working out is not a problem for me its the eating that is so difficult. I have been logging my calories consistently for about 3 weeks now. My intention was not necessarily to diet, I simply wanted to see.how.many calories I ate. I have lost about 6 lbs and I'm not.complaining about that. My food.choices are much better due to the fact that I have to log them and look at everything I.ate at.the.end of the.day.
I'm looking for friends to help keep me motivated as well as encourage.others. feel free.to request me and lets kick some fat butt together! I'm looking to loose about 15 more lbs.
I am currently training for.hood to.coast and a 15k race that goes up a.very steep.hill in march.
