    However I saw that you said you don't like drinking water, including milk. You better get used to it because that is a staple in losing weight. I wouldn't be surprised if you ate perfect for a month and didn't lose weight because you weren't consuming water.
    There are lots of things that have water in it other then water. And the rest of your comment doesn't make sense. If you don't eat your energy expenditure, you'll lose weight no matter what you eat. The body can't make energy out of nothing.
