My 3 month old at the gym?

Children aren't allowed in my gym. I can't see that they would be at any gym? Health and safety! And, aside from that, it's a distraction from your workout.
My gym has a crèche that runs for 2 hours in the morning to cover classes, so I use that sometimes. I didn't put either of my kids in as young as 3 months though, but I guess I had alternatives.
I fit my gym sessions round my husband's shifts, or I go after work while they're still at nursery.0 -
I just don't go to the gym as I don't leave my children with anyone I don't know. My husband works long hours. You can workout at home. Not ideal I know.0

Do not take her in the gym with you. Take her to the children's area, or leave her home (NOT alone!).0

Hi there
I have been to several gyms. I started bringing my daughter when she was about 2 and she was fine. When I had my son I joined Goodlife and he was about 6 weeks old. I felt confident with the worker and he did great and I did well too.
You have to decide what you are comfortable with.0
