    Sorry to be the skeptic
    Just saying what I suspect a lot are thinking.
    How does a drop of only 5 lb create such a change, even accepting muscle weighs heavier than fat, and why no similarity in the location or appearance of the two pics.
    It just doesn't add up to me or maybe I am just jealous.
    If this is your achievement I would write a book and retire.

    lol I wouldn't lie.

    It was 30 pounds difference between the two pics, not 5.

    Location is the exact same but I got a new phone so that's why the later one is bit darker.

    Here's a couple other pics in between the first two. You can see its the same place from the first and third pick
