What's Your Least Favorite Exersize?

I know that most everyone (if not all of us) have an exersize that we absolutely HATE. For example, I don't know one person that likes burpees; most of us hate them. But what else do you hate?

My least favorite is anything plank-related, including push-ups. What's yours?

  • I might have to say jumping lunges and jumping jacks - I don't hate them, but they can be so draining lol.
    I still do them though because they keep my body/booty & thighs looking right! lol

    no doubt push ups are the worst, the burn afterwards is great, its just the mindset of getting ready to do them

    Jumping jacks, which doesn't make sense to me. When I was younger, they were more like a warm up than real exercise. Now they seem like a tedious way to bring on a heart attack.

    HATE the PLANK!!!!!

    I actually enjoy the feeling of my abs stretching and my shoulders shaking as I hold my planks. I feel as though I am really stretching out my back and ab muscles. I just finished my lower body work out with 3 30-second plank holds. I was struggling towards the end, but that's because I just spent 28 minutes working my lower body.

    I can't stand running or jogging. It looks absolutely boring to me and really hurts everything on me. Not a fan of Pyramids, either.

    I hate burpees and thrusters. So i did 100 of them the other day. I still hate them.

    Definitely mountain climbers....combining the plank with cardio like that?....just evil.
