I have bad shoulders, so anything where my bodyweight is on my hands/arms is bad. Pushups, planks, sideplanks(!!!!!), burpees, mountain climbers, tricep dips, and whatever else there is like that. It's too hard, and it damages my joints. But burpees are just stupid icky.0

Lunges and anything that requires me to support a significant portion of my weight in my hands, wrists or elbows. I have carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome so doing these upper body exercises can leave me flared up and tingly for a couple days. I have to modify everything.0

Anything that doesn't involve sitting on my *kitten* and being lazy. Volleyball is an exception.0

One arm deadlifts. It's not because I don't like the lift itself, it's because I am still a wuss at lifting, and pulling 225 with one arm makes the arm feel like it's going to fall off.0

Most combination moves that involve a jump.
Press up>jump knees under you>jump into the air fully extending arms>squat>back into press up
If it has a name it must be spoken with the devil's tongue.
Oh, and planks. Only because I've been doing them years and can still only last 40-60 seconds.0 -
Burpees and anything involving jumping for example jumping up and down on the bench or a box at the gym. Also dislike the crosstrainer machine.0

Burpees...I never thought that I would find something that I hate as much or more than running than I found burpees.:sad:0

I might have to say jumping lunges and jumping jacks - I don't hate them, but they can be so draining lol.
I still do them though because they keep my body/booty & thighs looking right! lol
I forgot all about those. Ohhhh I hate jump lunges!!!0
