Slim Fast Creamy Milk Chocolate Shake: 10 g protein and 5 g fiber for 190 cals
Slim Fast Chocolate Peanut Caramel Bar: 10 g protein and 6g fiber for 200 cals

Having an early lunch... meal replacement time. It's almost noon here, but I'm hungry now and waiting for starvation is the enemy for me...leads to dissatisfaction with meal and grazing afterwards. So gotta nip it in the bud! I will wait 10 minutes while sipping my decaf then choosing whichever has the highest votes.

    Lol! I guess I'd have to drink the shake.....or save it for the dinner time since i already ate my dinner cals for brkfst.

    Okay so that's over only one voter on time. Tomorrow I'll HAVE to make it more interesting!


    BTW...the bar was really good, crispy crunchy bottom, caramelly top, salty peanut crunch like a garnish amount. Not like a snickers which I thought but still really good. I mean it's a slim fast, not a valrhona, or belgian chocolate but it's good.
