Just curious!
I decided to track my BMI as I lose weight.
When I started 4 weeks ago, it was 54.8 (ouch) and now it is 53.3. Can't wait to get it under 50.

Mine was 43.1 now it's 40.20

I started at 28.3, currently 26.1, although BMI is fairly useless.0
-
Starting was 51.8 and now is 44.8. I'll be very excited to get under 30.0
-
My starting BMI was 34.2... now I'm down to 18.9!!!0
-
My highest (and I lost some weight before I started MFP) was 37. Current is 26.3...... almost at normal :-)0
-
Started at 34, now 24. Very top end of healthy. But goal is to be exactly in the middle of healthy range at 22.0
-
BMI is not useless at all; it's a much better measure of a person's overall fitness than weight.0
-
I went from 27 to 20. Yay!0
-
22.7...still 22.70

Body fat percentage is a much better and more accurate measure. I don't care what my BMI is, as long as I don't have too much body fat.0 -
28.5 (That's almost obese! Geez BMI is sort of useless isn't it?) Currently 26.3. My goal weight will put me at 24.9 which is JUST barely in the healthy range.0

I hate BMI in general but I started at 44.3 ugh, but I've got it down to 27.20
-
At my highest, my BMI was 40.7 and now it's 22.1 :happy:0

Mine was 54.2 a year ago now under 30.0
-
Started at 38.2 and now 28.7. I added as a measurement a very long time ago so I could watch it go down. So everytime I get a new weight, I check BMI.
Good luck. You can do it.0 -
30.1 and now I'm at exactly 22.00
-
WOW! You have all done so well. That's amazing!!!0

Mine was 28.8! Currently it's about 25.20

False! It's only a height to weight ratio. The majority of NFL players are obese according to BMI.0 -
28.3 starting
23.8 current! lol0 -

At my highest at the beginning of this year it was 32.3
Right now it's 29.2.... not obese anymore, only overweight. Can't wait to be NORMAL though...0 -
highest was around 24. i'm currently 19.7.0
-
I was 34.7 (obese), now I'm 24.9 (literately teetering on the edge of normal weight!)
I'll be happy when I'm safely within the confines of the normal weight category, perhaps around 21-22.0 -
BMI was 31%, now it's 28.something. I want to get it under 20%, like 17%, but I'll be happy with 19%. I don't have a large frame, but my structure is wide (shoulders & hips have always been that way.)0

Mine was 44.4 when started losing and currently 24.2. Hoping I can lose a few more pounds but my main focus is fitness right now.0
-
Mine was 34.7 (Oh God). Now it's 29.1.
Last spring it was 27.0 Hoping I can get it down to that point again. And preferably lower!0 -
I started at a bmi of 38.5, now I'm currently somewhere between 26-27 now. Hoping to reach 22.1, but I'm more focused on having 20% bf instead0
-
It was 25.1 when I started MFP last August.
Now it is 21.8.0 -
I just looked that I need to lose over 20lbs (10kgs) until my BMI goes under 50. Eek! Oh well, nice goal to have anyway.0
