    Oh heavens people whatever you do DO NOT become part of the "in crowd". People will f'ing hate you for it.

    I know I know.. "But I was just being me and people seemed to like me!" Shutup with that. Everyone knows you're only here because it's a popularity contest and they're so much cooler than you are anyway because they don't care about stupid things like that, nope they don't care one bit.

    Then they spend entire afternoons trying to report any posts you make. Because they're above it all.

    I decided early on that I didn't want to be one of the cool kids and I did my own thing, wore what I wanted to, said what I liked, and ignored the crowd...Now I'm thought to be "cool" because I am independent and confident and I do what I darn well please. I wear outrageous dangly earrings and brilliantly colourful scarves and I get lots of compliments on them. Especially at work, where the dress code is "wear black" but it doesn't cover jewelry or accessories.
