I've been as low as 146 as an adult, but I looked like I needed to eat a sandwich at that weight. I've got a large frame.0 -

I have a turkey body shape. Skinny arms and legs with everything in the middle.0 -

GW: 160 (for now)
I remember looking very thin at 180. I've always held my weight well. My friends pretty much fell over when I told them how much my CW is (and I have some brutally honest friends!). I'm going to work toward 160 though for now and see if I am still happy around there!0 -
53 years old but feel about 20 years younger!
Height: 5' 8"
SW: 242
CW: 220
GW: 161 but will settle around 170!
i have been doing this since September 2012 so losing around 1 pound a week. I have never gone under 1400 cals a day, and average around 1500-1600. I exercise 3 times a week on average and have started doing weights which is really making a difference to upper arms, calves and general strength. I love being able to eat back exercise cals and still lose weight.
Trying to get my head around the whole TDEE - 20% scenario as that sets my cals higher than the MFP allowance. I have some great MFP friends who are very supportive and, so far, it has been a good journey.
My aim is to lose weight and get a lot fitter. I enjoy scuba diving and sailing and both these activities require me to be fit!0 -

Current Weight: 133.4
Goal Weight: 129-ish. I was super lean and toned in high school, and when I get sleek abs again I'll be perfectly happy, whatever weight that may be.
My ultimate goal is to be super toned before I get pregnant so that I can bounce back easier. We're going to start trying in a couple months.0 -

I've been adjusting my goal weight, still not totally sure what's ideal yet. I know I look too skinny at 130. I like to have some curve still.0 -

I like being thick but healthy and I feel If I was under 180 I would look very strange. Although I have never been that weight so who knows lol0 -

SW: 200 back in 2011, got down to 165, came here in January this year at 170 after holidays/travel
CW: 162
GW: probably 150, but will reassess at 155
When I started at 200 pounds and 47 years old, I thought I was too old and my metabolism therefore too slow to realistically ever see the 160s again, but figured that even if I only lost 10-15 pounds it would have to make me healthier. I took it 10 pounds at a time, and was amazed that it worked--and kept working. Now I'm only a couple of pounds away from the 150s. It's never too late!0 -

SW: 129lbs
CW: 126lbs
GW: 119lbs
Have been 129lbs for a few years now and I'm tired of always feeling uncomfortable and untoned. I trained as a ballet dancer until I was 17, so the weight I've put on since then makes me feel horrible. It's going to be slow but I'm looking forward to feeling more like.. me0 -
