no stockings, i think you have nice legs to show off! maybe if your dress is short length like 3 to 4 inches above the knee you can wear those stockings and agreed to red shoes with red belt! perfect!0

If the belt AND shoes are red, I think those tights would be fun.
Are you conceding that I win?
Agreed!!

No, and no.

No! black shoes with the black dress and nude -
^ I like this idea.
Jergens lotion will give you a little glow too to help avoid the "reflective" legs issue.
Black tights might be a bit much with the red and animal print unless you're going for the Cindy Lauper look.0 -
i say no to both printed and navy. if you do printed then take out the leopard belt/replace with a simple belt.
If you MUST wear them, then do all black, maybe sheer...
if not, in all seriousness.. i recommend this, if the white legs are the only issue.
this stuff is awesome and it smells good and its $7-8..

I say HELLS NO to Navy and the patterned ones you posted are cute but would match better if the belt was red like the shoes.
I want to know your opinion now..LOL0 -

No stockings. All natural.
GTFO!!!! lol0 -
I would go with black opaque tights. I love an all black dress and all black tights together. The belt & shoes will make everything come together well. You don't want anymore pattern/color with the differing shoes & belt IMO
I completely agree! The colorful shoes and printed belt are enough. It will look classy and stylish without being over the top.0 -
Black and brown: look like a clown
Black and blue: shame on you
Or so I've been told0 -
You can wear a subtle black pattern stylish tight, the pattern must include black no other colors. Minimal detail. Also, for the love of God do not wear the navy, the answer will always be no!0

I second this.0 -
I'm not sure if I have style or not but I would do the patterned tight. I am a big fan, I wear them alot. I feel classy but perhaps I am not lol.0

Depends on the event. Go with what you are confident and feel you can pull off....0

panties?? Inquiring minds want to know?0

I wouldn't wear navy stockings or patterned. You could pull off a sheer black hosiery with the outfit, though. If the weather where you live is warm enough, I'd skip the hose altogether and just moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!0

Looked great :-)0

My girlfriend is going to an event this weekend and would like to look good. We are in a heated debate on "what stockings are appropriate" basically.
DRESS:
BELT:Skinny Leopard Print (image isn't working)
SHOES:
The question is:
1. Can I wear patterned stockings??
if no...
2. Can I wear Navy Blue Stockings??
I will not state my opinion here. I would just like your non-biased feedback.
no, nude colored stockings.0 -
Oh.....................you looked VERY nice.0
-
Sheer black stockings. Nix on the navy.0

Has to be fishnet or none0
