I am 5'4" and starting weight was 179. Current weight 159. Goal weight/range 135 - 145. I am 53 years old. Just want to be comfortable in my clothes and conscious about what I put in my mouth everyday to fuel my body. Not set on a specific number at all. Anywhere in that range and still enjoying life is good for me.

I'm 5'4" and currently about 147. Starting weight was 285. I haven't really formulated a final weight goal; since hitting 150 I shifted my focus primarily to meeting new fitness milestones.

I'm 5'4 (Kevin Hart size) and I've competed in men's physique in the past. I've always been small and skinny my whole life. In highschool, I was barely 100lbs. Couldn't even bench press the bar, that's how small and weak I was. Currently I'm at 145 lbs, trying to gain up to 150 - 160, then cut down. Right now I'm just focusd on strength and trying to utilize my body to it's full potential. My current lifting numbers are: Squat 315 lbs, Bench press 235 lbs, Deadlift 405 lbs. My goal is to deadlift 500 lbs. I think the ideal weight for me is 135-140lbs. Anything more than that would be too bulky. I'm more interested in the athletic physique. In my opinion, having a functional and strong body, is way more pleasing than big biceps.
