What do you drink besides water?

Coffee with almond milk in the mornings....then water all day. EXCEPT...the weekends....lots of red wine :laugh:0

Water. Coffee. Diet Coke. Green Tea w/Splenda. I have never seen a need to "kick" my diet coke habit. I'm not drinking a ridiculous amount, it doesn't hinder my weight loss/muscle gain progress and it's freaking delish!0

One cup of coffee every morning, with a little stevia and non fat creamer. The occasional crystal light, non fat milk, and this fabulous tea called Pacific Coast Mint, that is created at a tea shop owned by a friend of mine. It's got a hint of vanilla, and is so delicious! And I just have a little stevia in that, so I never log it, except as water.0

I am guilty of drink diet sodas. Sigh. So, besides getting my water in daily, I drink Dt. Mt. Dew and Coke Zero. YES, I know they are not good for me. I also drink wine and rum...love me some adult beverages. I also have been drinking the Crystal Light energy packets- that you put in a bottle of water. Oh, and cranberry juice.0

I don't drink anything but water at home. I know if I have something else in the house, I will drink it, so I just don't buy it. (I get coffee, juices or similar things when I have guests, though, cause I'm not gonna force my water on them)
But for the few times I go out to eat, which happens maybe 1-2 a month, I will go for a diet coke. And of course I'll have cocktails with friends.
Oh and I have to confess: as a student who isn't a natural night owl, I have to odd sugarfree Red Bull to keep me up when studying or for late night classes...0 -
mostly coconut water, coffee and tea. sometimes the odd vodka or gin is a welcome change!0

Seltzer. Also tea and coffe, occasionally red wine.0

Coffee. Beer on occasion. Tea. But mainly just yummy delicious refreshing can't get enough ice cold water.0

1% milk, gatorade (which you can even add a bit of water to as well, if you want more drink for even less calories.)0

I drink diet Lipton Green Tea Citrus... about 4 to 6 bottles a day.0

I drink a lot of diluting (cordial) juice. Just a splash in my water though, any more and its too strong a flavour for me. Summer fruits flavour, chai tea with 1% milk, green tea with lemon or jasmine and diet coke, sometimes...I'm trying to cut down on that one.0

Lots of water. I allow myself up to one 32oz Powerade zero a day. Beer on a rare occasion and I am thinking about adding whole milk to my diet to add some calories.0

I try to drink a mimimum of 8 cups of h20 a day plus 2-3 cups of coffee and one (sometimes 2) 12 oz bottles of diet coca cola.
100% fruit juice watered down and I also make freshly juiced fruit or veg juice every other day or so.

It is SERIOUSLY based on the brand. Absolutely based on the brand.
Most are *kitten*, but the ones I tolerate and have become accustomed to are: Republic of Tea Green and Tazo China Tips.0 -
I'll have coffee with a half cup of whole milk, SANS 0 calories cola(made with stevia), or BlueSky Free sodas (also made with stevia) The mandarin lime taste just like orange soda to me. Just got the cherry vanilla, lemon lime, and creamy rootbeer to try. I only have one soda per day, 2 coffees and the rest is water.0

On a daily basis I drink water, yerba mate, and sleepytime tea with almond milk and honey at bedtime.0

I am happy to say I have kicked my diet coke habit. Diet coke has been my drink of choice for over 30 years!! I don't like water, however going into week 4 I am happy to say I only had one the first week by accident. Had a pizza party at a restaurant and as a habit ordered one, my refill was tea. I have made myself drink at least 4 or more glasses of water. I also drink diet peach of raspberry instant tea. I am thinking this is not good for me either. Need some ideas of other drinks.
