Posted this in the group thread Check (very behind, there are probably a lot of mistakes please check total after I post the new sheet - will post update in a few minutes).
Sorry for the long absence, my father passed Monday after being ill for 3 weeks - 2 weeks of those were in the hospital, and I am his main caretaker so it took a toll form regular activities ... and I miss him very much). He was 93 years old, a great dad, always there, my great compass of life -- and I feel a little lost right now :brokenheart: ... but I am healing, I remind myself I am really fortunate to have him for so long.
My mohter is moving in with me, in a couple of weeks... happy but slightly nervous.0 -

Only 8 miles last week. Hurt my lower back, so am taking it easy. Got back out there yesterday and today though and starting to feel better.
