Boy, I admire you! This is awesome! The pics were a great idea......amazing how much change can take place in 30 days. I'm going to show this to my son. He's 16, 6'2, weighs 245, and has struggled his entire life with his weight. He has a heart of gold and is so cool, but in high school, kids don't realize that's what matters most yet. It holds him back from doing things he would love...like asking girls out, joining school clubs, etc. It breaks my heart and I hope your story and pics will give him hope. Thanks for sharing!
