usually right around 3 lbs, sometimes a little less or a little more.0

I gain anywhere from 2-5lbs. (I switched birth control last year to an IUD which has made a significant improvement over the 8-10lb fluctuations I had before...crazy stuff.)
I gain less if I drink a ton of water (and I'm talking like a gallon a day). I usually lose the weight a few days after my period.

I actually lose more weight on my period than any other time. I am good for a 2 pound loss each time it hits, but then again, my appetite vanishes.0

I'd say 3-5 pounds. Though I've also discovered I'm quite sensitive to extra sodium in my diet, and my cycles are not regular. I'm just going based off the last 2 months which have mostly been regular (*knock on wood*).0
