8-10 with 8 being the most common. During the week I'm in bed by 11pm and up about 7am. I feel my best with 9 or 10 on weekends, but I function fine on 8. Anything less than 7 and I'm just not my best--tired, grouchy, foggy brain, etc.

4 or 5 sometimes I can string together a bit more but rarely all at once (Like I'll fall asleep at 9, wake up at 12, go back to bed at 3 wake up at 8 etc)
  • I try and be in bed by 10 and I get up at 6.45. I probably dont sleep until nearer 11, so that is 7 3/4. I am better if I get to sleep earlier, the above is how much I had last nigh (nearer 8 I think) and I am exhausted.

Exactly 5 hours, I go to bed at 2:30 and get up at 7:30, I do take naps during the day most times though.

I get 7 hours pretty much. I'm a late night man though I always have to fight myself to bed to get even 7!

If I am lucky 7 hours a night but in reality it is closer to 6. The only time I can find to workout is at 4:30am. At least the exercise helps wake me up!

I love to get 8 hours, but I work long days and am lucky to get about 7. I do best with 8.

Generally 7-8, occasionally I get a bit more at weekends, but it depends on hubby's shifts. When he's on super-earlies he's in bed 8pm so dometimes by 9.30 I'll turn the light out. When he's on late shift I don't turn out the lgiht til 10-10.30. Whatever, my alarm goes off just after 6am.

Never even close to enough. During the workweek I'm lucky to get 5-5.5 hours a night, and that is usually marred by tossing and turning. On the weekend I can sometimes get 7-8 hours, but that's more the exception than the rule.

Somewhere between 3-6 hours, with a few times getting up to my baby and 3 year old. I've not had more than 4 consecutive hours slept in 3 years! I really would like 8-9 hours a night, but I'm used to it now.
I'm a really good sleeper when left alone by my kids! I've worked rotating shifts for 16 years and never had a problem sleeping.
  • Around 6 hours, if that! Im not a very good sleeeper :ohwell:
