1 cup fresh baby spinach, 1/4 cup crasins, 3 slices of hormel deli style turkey with 4 squeezes of lemon juice, light salt and pepper, 1 cube chipotle laughing cow cheese and 2 lace captain's crackers . Very tasty0

"Spudzilla". Old favorite from a resteraunt I used to work at. Smash up a few baby red potatoes, little butter, then little sour cream, mexican cheese, then pulled pork, then BBQ sauce over it all. 900 calories, but tonight's Zumba, so it's okay. Helped my protein macro though. LOL!0
