"Spudzilla". Old favorite from a resteraunt I used to work at. Smash up a few baby red potatoes, little butter, then little sour cream, mexican cheese, then pulled pork, then BBQ sauce over it all. 900 calories, but tonight's Zumba, so it's okay. Helped my protein macro though. LOL!0

White Jasmine Rice (227g) + 1.5 cups of my wife's homemade chili... So tasty. But I'm also very, very full. Blows my mind that it almost makes me feel uncomfortable with that amount.0
