    Mmmmm Today I made a mocha protein smoothie

    1 cup milk
    1 tsp instant coffee
    1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
    7-8 ice cubes
    a little stevia to sweeten

    soooo delicious!!!

    This morning it's "Wake the F$#@ Up!" coffee. Seriously that's what it's called. It was a gift and it's really good. It's a very light roast, so loads of caffeine and it has a slight peanut-butterly flavor.

    That's awesome. I need to find that, just because of the name, hahahah!

    Dunkin' donuts pumpkin coffee, 6 cubes of ice, and a scoop of Gold Standard French Vanilla protein powder. IT's my first time trying protein powder in coffee. I usually just drink it black but thought it would be nice to get some more protein in my breakfast. I am really enjoying it!!!!

    I love my keurig but I've never seen this flavor! Im drooling. Must but now!

    This is deliscious. I usually put cream & sugar in my coffee, but with this flavor, I can get away with cream & a dash of cinnamon!
