    is that any good?

    It's a little slower starting than that other Discworld witches novels, but it's picking up a bit. I'm not very far in.

    I'm currently reading a series by Janet Evanovich about a woman that becomes a bounty hunter...albeit a bumbling one. She always gets her man though. I'm on the fifth book.

    These are my FAVORITES. I wait for her release(s) on pins and needles!!

    I'm currently reading Dark Places by Gillian Flynn. After I read her book Gone Girl, I had to read everything by here. So far this is the 3rd book I've read by her. Next up either The Surgeon By Tess Gerritsen ( tv show Rizzoli & Isles is based on these books) or The Pretty Little Liars series. I love reading!

    I read Tess Gerritsen's books. I love them. I love her writing and story telling; just awesome twists! I'll say though that they are nothing like the show. at all. My mom was super disappointed, but then she loves the books Bones is based off and I dont :P

    Making my way through Atlas Shrugged. I try to read the books of people I despise.

    ^ You are now my new favorite person on MFP that I don't know! I read "Mein Kampf" for this reason also.

    Currently I'm reading "This Present Darkness" and a compilation of writings by Carl Jung, as well as "Jung Contra Freud"....so nice to see people still read.

    Nothing right now. Last book I read was The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini. It's a beautiful book. Just the right amount of happiness and sadness.
    Next I want to read A Thousand Splendid Suns by the same author.

    I'm always reading Janet Evanovichs Stephanie Plum series and read the new ones as soon as they come out. Though I lost some respect for them after the movie based on the first book in the series came out. Katherine Heigl should never be cast ever for anything. The whole movie was just bleh because of her. And it should've been amazing!

    But I started reading the Hunger Games Trilogy I guess a week before the first movie came out and have about half of the last book still to read. I just havent gotten back into it. And right now it's in a box in storage somewher so I can't get back into it even if I wanted too. But I've read the second one so even if I don't finish it soon I will have at least finished the book based on the movie that's coming out in November. So yay. That's something.

    I just picked up the First Anna Pigeon series book by Nevada Barr. We shall see....

    I listen to books while I drive and workout though..

    Currently I'm listening to "What Shamu Taught Me About Life, Love, and Marriage"

    It's humorous and way more informative than I would have ever imagined. I recommend it to everyone, but especially anyone with a partner. LOL!

    Also Listenig to "I Am Half Sick Of Shadows" #4 in the Flavia de Luce mystery series. 11 year old girl in 1950's England ends up helping solve murders.
    Maybe listening to murder mysteries makes the freeways less miserable..

    I'm reading "The Help" right now. I finished "Wild" by Cheryl Strayed and "Let's Pretend This Never Happened" by Jenny Lawson a few weeks ago. Loved both of them! "Catch-22" is next on the list...

    I'm currently reading the Harry Potter series. I read the first one when it came out but now I'm getting into the other ones. I'm on the 5th book now :D

    I love the Harry Potter books. Over the past few months I've read all of them except the last book..the Deathly Hallows. I'm taking a short break from Harry, Ron and Hermione (I've seen all the movies so I know what's coming in the final book) and I'm currently 'Beautiful Creatures' right now. I great read so far. Looking forward to seeing the movie at the theater!

    I'm currently reading Mockingjay which is the third in the Hunger Games books.

    The best thing I've read in awhile was The Night Angel Trilogy by Brent Weeks. BADASS Series!!

    you should check out his new series I think it is called the Lightbringer (i think). I was not sure i would like it as well as his first but after a few chapters i could not put them down. I can not wait for the next!

    im rereading the heroes of olympus series... it was the follow on the the percy jackson and the olympians books. i'm on son of neptune just now, i have read them over and over and i know they are teen lit but hey ho, i love em! lol xx
