    Deadlift: 595 two years ago. Havent done it since but I'm definitely much stronger now.
    Squat: 460ish
    Bench: lol (295). my total will always suck because of my weak *kitten* bench

  • As a mathlass (lol) I would have to say that to fairly measure the "strongest" you would have to divide each of the lifts by your body weight. Then you'd have a percentage. That's a better comparison.

    I loves a strong man. Let the competition begin. :bigsmile:

    In the powerlifting group, we have a not-very-organized "virtual powerlift meet" thing happening. The tread is labeled as being for January, but we consider it open-ended.

    Those are some great lifts. What's your bw?
