Deadlift - 495
Squat - 585
Today:
Bench - 225 (Torn Rotator Cuffs in both shoulders)
Deadlift - 350
Squat - 4550 -
Deadlift: 595 two years ago. Havent done it since but I'm definitely much stronger now.
