    I'm up for the challenge! I've been working out 3-4x/week, mostly strength training, and I'm excited to add more cardio in.

    Monday...........Rest Day

    Tuesday...........1172....:59.44.....Beat my best which was 1100 calories for the same time..First 7 minutes I jogged 5.5 to 7.2 mph at -3% decline up to 2% incline.....Next 15 minutes I walked 2.8 to 3.5 mph at an incline of 20% up to 40%...The next :37.44 I mixed it up.

    Wednesday...Rest Day
    Thursday.......Just Plain Lazy...LOL

    Friday...........1500......1:18.46......A combination of jogging at a -3% decline up to a 5% incline...Walking from 15% up to 40%...2.5 to 4.2 MPH.......Average heart rate for the entire workout.....130.......Definitely my best workout..

    I need to stop procrastinating until the end of the week....This is going to be tough to get over 3300 calories in 2 days..
