I struggled for years with eating things "in moderation." I finished reading "The Pleasure Trap" book and now I get why I can't have just one. These certain foods are like a drug to me and science is starting to look at the reaction they cause in some of our bodies. It's very close to a chemical/alcohol response for some of us. I'm not saying I believe this applies to everyone but I know it applies to me. I've got to go cold turkey to quit something and not even be exposed to it for the toughest early days.
I'm here if you want/need support.0
