Kristin- WAY TO GO GIRL :drinker: :flowerforyou: Im so proud of you for your great success this weekend ! I DID NO SNACKING TOO ! so way to go for us and i worked out both days .... The photoshoot will be just me fun, personal, sexy photoshoots ... (no boudoir ones until i get to my goal weight HAHAH) ! .... I figured i would be way more inspired to look better if im the focus in the photos ! Sorry Kadence isnt feeling well ! poor baby ! keep up the awesome work

Kristin and Emmie, great job on your weight loss. I hope the rest of us are as successful in the next couple days of our weigh-ins.
And for all of us that have had setbacks, let's really work our tiny hineys off this week to get a good final weigh in next week
Won't be able to do my Zumba class tonight as it is our biblical celebration of Jesus' death tonight, so I have to figure out something. Was thinking about going running in my neighborhood again, but forecast is for rain - and I'm not an avid runner yet. Maybe when I go out this morning for errands, I'll just pack my gym clothes and make sure I go before I even come back home.
I have been drinking TONS of water. The good thing is, I have NOT been drinking diet sodas and didn't even notice anymore.
Going out tonight after our meeting with family, but since it is so late, plan on only having a light salad.

If your wondering WHY on earth im jumping up for joy for my results this morning... its because last wednesday .... day after weigh in i weighed in at 270.6 AHHHHH ! it freaked me right out..... but it wasnt until SATURDAY that i started really working hard..... so until saturday it wont be one week ... until i can see a good weekly result... BUT that means i went from 270.6 down to 267.0 ..... in FOUR DAYS ! woohoooooo !
so im working hard... working out ..... and Pushing FORWARD ! :flowerforyou: :bigsmile:0 -
Cathy, lots of hugs. No worries. Once this weather clears up and becomes consistent, we'll all be outside more and shedding these pounds. Take care of your body as it needs you...and so do we.

Just finished a 30 minute slim in 6 workout ..... and going to do yoga booty during wyatts naptime !
Ate a healthy start to the morning ....
an Activia with cereal yogurt and a 1/2 cup 2% milk !

okay only on for a minute just long enough to wish everyone GOOD LUCK today!
I jumped on the scale this morning for curiosity and it showed 203! Guess I should be thankful it wasnt more after eating out last night @ bullfrogs. I had the Filet Mignon, with asparagus... a few curly fries... and I finished off with this INCREDDIBLE chocolate cake, that probably weighed over the 1.2 pounds I gained since my last weigh in. So I am thankful that my Official weigh in for this week is tomorrow, give me today to really push myself that extra mile to lose that last 4 pounds to be under 200 by my b-day! So today TONS of water, only healthy food, and I am hoping for multiple hours at the gym tonight.

What a great end to the week! I'm sorry I've been absent. I've had lots of company. First my mom was here visiting and then our daughter and, of course, my class started last week! And to be honest, I was eating bad last week until Saturday when it all turned around. I've changed what I'm eating for 2 out of 3 meals and I've lost over 3 pounds since Saturday. I've had a lot more energy in the last few days too so I hope this sticks!!0

Wow everyone is doing so great. Keep up the good work. Today is my day off of swimming. That's good because Tom is here. I never know when the visit will come. I would just as soon not have Tom around since i don't want to have it during my cruise. Darn! Well I hope that i can swim tomorrow.

I have 2 friends doing this diet where they take a liquid... HGC I think .... They can eat a protein, 2 veggies, 1 fruit for lunch and the same for dinner. It's about 550 calories a day. The HGC is supposed to be a harmone that women produce when pregnant. Has anyone ever heard of this. I asked if it was safe and one of friends said that it was. She couldn't lose 1 lb a week. Who can do that and stay motivated. Well girls and guys.... we can! We are doing it everyday. I was very proud of myself and all the people on MFP. Good job to us! Tell me your thoughts on this.

I got TOM this morning and i weighed in at 266.... so i cant wait for saturdays weigh in ! woohoooo usually my body reacts strangely and i gain weight before AF ... so i may have an awesome weigh in next TUESDAY for official weigh in ..... sooooo excited
im taking it easy this morning .... cuz ive worked out 60 minutes every day for the past week.... so im going to do a nice stretchy yoga workout to ease my muscles later when wyatt naps....
ALSO.... another mini victory .... :flowerforyou: we made home-made lasagna last night and i ONLY ATE one serving, a salad, and 2 small slices of garlic bread..... I CAN TELL YOU our lasagna is a weakness of mines but i was smart... i invited company over.... so it wouldnt be an entire pan left.... its one small piece of lasagna left... which i will have with a spinach salad for lunch or dinner today !0 -

Morning all.
Was home sick yesterday...blah! And poor Kadence is still stuffy, but she is feeling much better. Monday night she has a temp of 103 and so we had a fun evening of breaking her fever and trying to get her to sleep. We think it's due to teething, but who knows. And me, I'm still all stuffy today. Oh well. So I didn't get a workout in yesterday or Monday evening, but have been making good choices food wise. Tonight I'm planning on getting in a walk since it's suppose to be 80 DEGREES!!! Wooohooo!!! I have been SO anticipating this weather! Can't wait to enjoy it!

Good morning! I'm not really good with coming up with names either. I like the idea of having something with spring in the name.
I was happy to get my walk in yesterday to pick up the kids. I haven't done Shred in a little over a week though. We've been doing a spring cleaning/decluttering of our house lately, so I've been working on that instead of exercising. Right now it's been more of the decluttering than the cleaning. I did get some "exercise" in last night. Our over-the-range microwave needed to be replaced. We think it had been dropped when being installed before we bought the house. It had started cracking and making a loud noise, but it's been getting worse. So time for a new one! Since Tony's shoulder is messed up, I needed to help him with lifting and bracing it to install it.
