These are yummy, I found this recipe on pininterest not too long ago, the hubs really liked them too.
If I REALLY want buffalo chicken though, I cut up a boneless skinless chicken breast, and cook it on med/high heat until it's thoroughly cooked, with whatever spices I want. I measure out some sweet babyrays buffalo chicken marinade and put it in a ziplock, add chicken, shake to coat and VOILA! very low cal and low fat. for 4 oz I think it was like 125 cal and 3 grams of fat.0 -

How about just throw some chicken on the grill, (or in a fryer - true buffalo wings aren't breaded.)
And buffalo sauce is just hot sauce and butter. It's yummy. (And butterfat is very, very good for you)
