Don't eat. The yolk contains all the bad fats of the egg, the whites are high protein for very few cals.0

I don't have a cholesterol problem so I don't worry about it.
Generally I have 2 eggs, 2 or 3 times a week, either poached or in an omlette.
Though if I need more protein that day I add extra egg whites0 -
I am against chicken abortions - i dont believe in eating eggs0

Yes eat the whole egg. Most of the nutrition is in the yolks. Fats don't make people fat, too many calories make people fat. And you need healthy fats in your diet to be healthy and eggs have healthy fats in them.0

Eat them! It's a sad day when you only get to eat the whites of the egg. I had an egg white omelette once. It was a sad day.0

The nutrients in the yolks help our bodies take full advantage of the proteins in the whites. A complete egg is a complete food. Anything less and you are getting *less* nutrients. Sometimes (like if it's hard boiled) I eat *only* the yolk and chuck the white.0
