Pancake Day - how do you eat yours?

I'm having mine with Swedish glace, mixed berries and maple syrup.

Usually I have a couple with orange juice and sugar, and a couple with Nutella. But I'm wondering if there are any slightly better alternatives now I'm trying to be good...
  • Smothered in peanut butter with syrup on top! Yum!

made with blueberries, real butter on top, and real maple syrup, and topped off with an egg over easy. It's just a sin to make a fake pancake and then top it with fake toppings . . .

Looks like the boy and I are having breakfast for dinner!

I make a really fabulous banana pancake that can be eaten without any accompaniment. But it is good with Cool Whip or whipped cream.

I am only starting on MFP and now its Pancake Tuesday!! I ran 10km this morning to allow enough calories for nutella and pancakes this evening. Cannot wait for it. I will be so proud if I can enjoy the pancakes and stick within my daily cals!

Same here but instead of sugar we use maple syrup and usually add a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and some blueberries and/or sliced banana, yummy :)

That's pretty much what they are....filled deep fried fat pastries (its a Polish tradition and the bakeries in Hamtramck make the best)...

They're probably about the size of an average person's fist

    Depends!

In the summer I love them topped with stewed fresh berries, a dash of lemon juice and a dusting of powdered sugar.

In the winter I like them with real butter and warmed maple syrup.

For a Snack I like to put Peanut Butter and banana slices on top.

Sometimes I will top them with some cottage cheese and more stewed berries.

I also love them with fruit added in before being baked: blueberries, apples and cinnamon, bananas and chocolate chips.
