    It don't help that its pancake day today huh! I am having 1 with strawberry's so its not ALL bad. Compared to a few years back when i made and ate about 12 with lashings of syrup!

    I don't know what that is either but it looks horrible, and not something that I would eat in a 100 years.

    Today being pancake Day/Shrove Tuesday does NOT help at all, I agree! I'm having mine with blueberries though so it's not too bad....I just have to keep myself at 1 and not 2 or 3..

    I've heard of King Cake, but never saw a picture of one before. Nothing like that on the West Coast. But if I was in the Big Easy, I'd have one, along with my beignets & pralines!
