Today being pancake Day/Shrove Tuesday does NOT help at all, I agree! I'm having mine with blueberries though so it's not too bad....I just have to keep myself at 1 and not 2 or 3..0

I've heard of King Cake, but never saw a picture of one before. Nothing like that on the West Coast. But if I was in the Big Easy, I'd have one, along with my beignets & pralines!0
