    I've heard of King Cake, but never saw a picture of one before. Nothing like that on the West Coast. But if I was in the Big Easy, I'd have one, along with my beignets & pralines!

    I think this might be the first Mardi Gras in a while that I don't get King Cake :sad:
    My family is from Mississippi, so I'm used to celebrating Mardi Gras, but I'm currently living in Denver. The last few years I've either ordered a King Cake to be delivered, or I've scoured the bakeries for weeks before-hand to try to find one. I didn't this year. Oh well. :ohwell:

    But I do think I'm gonna stop by Bayou Bob's and have a hurricane on the way home! :drinker: Laissez les bon temps rouler!
