115 pounds. I have a small frame so it works for me.0

Im same, would love to get down to 135, although 140 is more realistic for me x0

Between 150-160, my frame wouldnt support me being much smaller...mayne 145 if I can manage it healthily0

Around 120-125. I've been lower and than that and I look emaciated heroin chic thin. Not a good look in my opinion. I need muscle tone.0

My goal weight is 130. I have a medium-large frame. Unfortunately I carry most of the weight on my stomach with my PCOS - wish I could spot reduce, my top half looks too skinny, until I get to my stomach. :frown:0

I don't have a goal weight although I did have to set one in settings. I have a goal BF percentage which is 15% hopefully! I'm currently at 20%. Honestly, I have no idea what weight ill be when I get down to 15% and then focus on muscle gains which is why I don't focus on weight0

I am possibly nearer 5'4" but my goal is about 1550

I'm 5'4", but my goal weight is 125-127. I weighed 125 a few years back, and my mom told me I was getting into "bobble-head" territory, as she likes to say.
I think I'm built to be more athletic, like Michelle Rodriguez, so as long as I get toned ... even if the scale doesn't say 125-7, I'll be happy.0 -
My goal weight is 10stone 7 (147lbs) but I'm far more concerned about body fat percentage than anything else. I'd personally like to be under the 20% mark and see where to go from there.
NB: in my photo I was about 10stone 10 (150lbs).0 -

God. I ****ing love her.0 -
I used to hope for 125 but I'm starting to think that 130 is probably good for me.0

My goal is 147 lbs (10 1/2 stone) but anything under 11 stone (154) is good from my current perspective!0

My goal is the same.0 -
I'm now maintaining at 57 kg / 126 pounds.0

I'm just under 5'5 (like 5'4.75!) and currently 138lbs.... I was 168 last summer (and a few yrs back I lost weight to get to 160-168 where I stayed for a while)
I thought I'd be happy under 140 but I can still do with losing some more, so I'm aiming to lose another half stone or so and see how early 130s feels/looks, maintain there if happy and focus on toning up rather than weight loss (trying to do both at the moment).
Its pouring rain but heading out for a run now...0 -
I am 5' 6" and have been maintaining 140 pounds since last April, I am quite broad so I would look far too slim if I was any less. I can comfortably get away with 154 pounds if I want to bulk up a little more.0

I am 5'4" and am hoping to get down to 130 lbs. I tend to put on muscle easily and have never been under 139l lbs unless it was when I shot past it (going up) during my teens0
-
My original goal weight is 175 because I don't remember ever weighing less than that - I wanted to keep it realistic.
If/when I make it that far, I may adjust down to 150.0 -
134lbs-138lbs my goal0

Right now my goal is at 190 lbs. I started at 263.8 lbs (my heaviest weight ever WOW) and now I'm down to 249.8 lbs...I just want to be back under 200 lbs again and then I'll go from there. I have a slightly larger frame and I carry my weight all over and I have most people telling me I don't look as heavy as what the scale says, which I guess is a good thing. I would be happy to maintain around 160-170 lbs but my "healthy weight" says I'm supposed to be around 135-145 lbs. I'm not worried about that right now, just working toward 190 lbs.0

I'm almost 5'6"
SW 153 lb (March 2012)
Maintaining at around 120 lb0 -
I am aiming for 120lbs as that is the weight I was before I moved to America 13 years ago and I was comfortable at that weight. However, I will see what I think as I get closer to my goal weight.0
-
Right now my goal is about 145. I've got a M/L frame, so I'm guessing I should definitely stay above 130, but I'm not sure exactly where I look best, as I passed 150 on my way through puberty (and was still growing at that point). I'll deal with that when I get there.0
-
I'm 5'4.75" with a small frame. I'm pretty happy with the 112 lbs I've been sitting at lately. That's up about four pounds from this time last year. I've been putting weight on with the lifting, but I don't think I'd like to be much bigger than I am now, maybe up to 115.0
-
Aiming for around 140...haven't been that small in a really long time so will re-evaluate once I'm closer.0
-
I'm 5 '4" and my goal currently is 140. At that point I may readjust, I've been as low as 113 and looked good, but I think 125 is more my end goal. I set my goal as to not be so scary at 140 and see what I look like. Plus in the 20s puts me at over 100 pounds needed to lose and that sends me into the land of terror, so I'm keeping it to 80. LOL.0

I'm 5'4.75" with a medium to large frame- my goal is 140-160... it will depend on how I look in the mirror to when I decide its enough. I dont want to be skinny, i want to be fit and i know muscle will weight more but look better.0
-
For the last few years I've considered my goal weight to be 145. I've been maintaining at 170 (after dropping 50ish pounds a few years ago) and have had little success dropping below, but I keep trying.
My lowest weight in high school was 136 and I had to work to get to that. Now that I'm 37 that doesn't seem realistic.
But really, I'm sick of having a goal weight. I'm eating healthfully and exercising and I've decided to stop caring what the scale says. As long as I maintain my healthy habits, so be it.0 -
Goal is 148, just to get into the "normal" BMI range. When I get there, I'll re-evaluate.0
-
what is all this stone stuff? I'm so confused!0
