Im 5'5 and my goal is to make it to 150 and stay there or lose a few more. I normally make it to 155 and then gain it back. Im confident ill keep it off this time!0

I'm shooting for 130....haven't been that low in my adult life and have no idea what I'd look like.
I know what 140 looks like, and I'd like to be a little smaller0 -
I maintain 13-133 pretty easily put I'm trying to get my bodyfat down to 17% or so which would be about 126. I'm 129 right now. Slow and steady :-)0

I'm 5'6 and my goal weight is 120-125 lbs. I weighed 218 when I joined MFP, and now weigh 200 on the nose. I've still got a long way to go :sad:0

I haven't decided a concrete amount yet but I think it's going to be in the range of 125-135. For now, I've set my ticker goal to 128. It's going to be a case of seeing as I go once I get close to it & figuring out a weight that will be realistic for me to maintain.0

I'm 5'6" and currently aiming for 126 lbs (9 stone), but will probably want to go lower if I ever get there!0

It all has to do with frame size. I'm 5'5" - 5'6" and if I hit 125 pounds, I'd look scary skinny (IMO) because I have such a large frame. At 145 pounds, I'd be a size 10. At 125, I'll be a 6 with my hip bones sticking out. So for me, it's most realistic to aim for around 135 and still be a healthy size 8.0

I am 5'4.5" and my goal weight is 135-140. I wouldn't mind going to 125-130, but I know everyone will tell me I am too thin even though just before I had children I was 123lbs. But our bodies do change as we get older so as long as I look and feel good in a pair of jeans and a bathing suit I will be happy.0

I'm closer to the 5'6" range, but I'm looking for somewhere between 130-140, it will depend once i get down there how I feel... I was 136 before and told I was looking too thin. :S0

Im 5'3'' and my goal weight is 128, again its just a number. Im at 134 with 6lbs left to loose, now I'm toning and gaining muscle now. When i was buff i was 135-138 and in a size five. My Levis are a size 4, go ahead try on Levis they made there numbers smaller so you feel better wearing them,….it works. Everything else is usually a size 6, except Levis. :bigsmile:

145lbs. But I'm 42, have a medium frame, am curvacious, don't want to look skinny and gaunt so I will start assessing via the mirror once I get to 150lbs.0

5'5" and 140. At 140 I'm an 8 with amazing curves, and it works well for me. I've gotten down to 120 before and looked great but it's really hard to maintain and may not be realistic long-term.0

CW 156 with 33% BF
GW 139 with 24% BF
Should be a size 6/8 and S/M top
At this point, I'd rather see that BF% change than the drop in weight.0 -
I'm shooting for 140. But, I lose inches more than weight. So I may weigh more but look small. I'll take what I can get!0
