Skinnnnnny Wed Challenge Anyone???:)

Need some midweek motivation?! Join us for a "Skinny Wed.!" This is what it entails....double, double, double! :bigsmile:
Double your water intake (within healthy limits)
Double your exercise
Double your will-power to log every calorie that crosses your lips and to STOP eating after supper!
This will help us to meet the end of the week with a smile on our face knowing that we've done our best! :bigsmile:
We will be looking forward to a meeting with Mr. Scale, rather than dreading that weekly date! I am up for it! Are you in??? I AM SO IN!!!! :flowerforyou:

    I'm in! I need a lil extra effort put forth today before tomorrows weigh in... It's gonna be a rough weekend. My boyfriends taking me out to dinner tomorrow evening for my birthday. Then headed home Friday to spend Easter sunday and my birthday (Apr 4) with my family. I'm sure there will be lots of food around, so lets just hope I can resist as much of it as possible haha :) Good luck everyone!

    I expected Skinny Wednesday to happen, so I've been participating lol! glad I found this thread :) I'm weighing in tomorrow so I'm being very good today!
    I'm nearly through my 2nd litre of water, I've done the jillian michaels DVD and I've done a workout off the www.bodyrock.tv site, if you want to try something different at home, I'd reccommend!
    Going to the gym later on too :) I'm feeling good! how is everyone else doing?

    okay, so far so good! I was only going to run 2 miles today, so I ran 4! I didnt snack after dinner last night so i feel really good about making it today....next goal, drink at least 1400ml of water....(I hate water) :noway: so this is double for me.....
