Lean & Ripped - Muscle .

If your goal is related to getting toned, lean and or ripped with or without muscle then continue reading.
This my goal and already hitting it.
Just want to hear others stories on it and what workouts you prefer and programs you have.
If its crossfit or circuit or just running & weights. Just let it out and let share information on it.

    I want muscle. It's not just an asthetic thing, but more of a fitness/athletic thing. Fat doesn't do much for me, if I weigh 140, I want it to be with as much muscle as I can get so it will DO something. Of course, I play roller derby so being lightweight isn't always ideal (though there are lightweights that are amazing), but having too much extra fat can hold one back.

    I would love to have ~16% BF, I don't really care about the weight (although I track it).

    I do weight training- and with practice and my work's PT requirements, I do a lot of cardio.
