    It's not cardio if you just lay there.

    And we learned last week that some people only burn 21 calories in 6 minutes! I'm so glad to NOT be the partners of people like that. How boring!

    I count the calorie burn, but if i eat the sandwich she makes me after, then it's a wash.

    If you are using your hand, I think it counts as strength training. Gotta get that grip!!!

    unless you are powerlifting your partner, performing lunging thrusts and finishing while sprinting for the shower, I think logging sex as exercise is silly!

    Nope. Don't log anything that's even a semi-regular part of my routine. That includes taking the stairs, planks at my desk, walking instead of taking the bus, housework and, of course, sex. If I'm obviously eating too little, I up my activity setting. Otherwise, I only log workouts if they're focused, intentional, and in addition to my day - for example, half an hour of lifting or an hour of sparring.
