Does going to the gym make you "worked up"?

YES! I'm afraid of going on a date because I might rape him. Even taking care of the problem every night doesn't help.
Need some help with that?
Is that an offer?
most definitely0 -
I always leave the gym wet.
LOLOLOL from sweat you pervs!0 -
My routine is the same...Before gym time I get all worked up, got my beats going, hyped knowing that I am about to go all in! After my workout when I get tired, stiff, and lethargic...LOL.
Repeat cycle Monday - Saturday.....0 -
Of course it does, it raises your T-levels. Studies are pretty conclusive though that their is a difference between the kind of exercise that does it for men and women. Mens levels to raise sexual energy typically require 45-60 minutes of moderate to heavy lifting 3-5 times weekly. Women on the other hand typically only need 20 minutes 3-5 times weekly and not so much the heavy lifting but more aerobic activity.0

Also it may have to do with the fact that I watch True Blood when I run too. Mmmm:devil:

No, testosterone. My test levels are super high for a female due to heavy compound lifts.

Working out, getting all sweaty definitely gets things in an uproar. Couple that with some Nitric Oxide and I might as well have to tie a red flag and try not to poke any eyes out.0

Weights get me worked up now for sure, not so much cardio. Urgh! :blushing:0

personally on heavy squat/deadlift days-- I walk out of the gym with a great buzz, extremely relaxed and warm/fuzzy...
then most of the other days I feel like I'm speeding.
Heavy DL's/squats make you release more GH and there's receptors in your quads that make your body produce more test-- which is why nobody should EVER skip leg days! And in general with exercise you're releasing noradrenaline, endorphins similar to morphine, dopamine-- which is an addicting cocktail that I absolutely love!
hope this makes more people hit those heavy compounds0 -
