Stop it. Reading the thread is getting me "worked up."
Seriouly tho, if I am in one of my lazy periods(not working out at all), I can feel my "mojo" decrease. Likewise, after I start working out again, I can feel it start to pick back up.0 -

Of course it does, it raises your T-levels. Studies are pretty conclusive though that their is a difference between the kind of exercise that does it for men and women. Mens levels to raise sexual energy typically require 45-60 minutes of moderate to heavy lifting 3-5 times weekly. Women on the other hand typically only need 20 minutes 3-5 times weekly and not so much the heavy lifting but more aerobic activity.
I just did 30 minutes of HIIT and yes I believe it's true. Glad husband is still in bed :smokin:0 -

I'm not intimidated very easily. In fact intimidating things force me to be bolder, and more in your face. True Fact!0 -
A little. Today was a lot. But that had more to do with this awesomely beautiful lady who was at the Y. She wasn't dressed in skin tight anything, but she was good looking. She had great definition, nice arms and legs. But that's not what it was about her. It was the ferocity with which she attacked her workout. That got me all worked up. This lady was doing full squats, and when she reached full extension, she leapt about 6 inches into the air with her squat bar on her back. Such power and determination. No resting between sets. She just moved from exercise to exercise.

OMG YES!!! I feel so good about myself when I get up earlier just to go to the gym and I feel even better when I'm done with my workouts. Whether it's for Zumba or lifting weights. I love it!!! Hubby doesn't mind either!! :blushing:0

I can't be the only one that has to handle my business before I even go to the gym. Making my self safe to the public0

Just before, during, and just after the gym, intense music is more intense, good food tastes better, and carnal needs escalate.0
