Hang in there! Help is on the way...
Anyone and anything can CHALLENGE you. It will NOT overtake you UNTIL you surrender! ONLY you can determine what you do and how you respond in a situation.
Make today a day filled with BETTER choices, POSITIVE reinforcements, GENTLE coaching and SMILE cause you're on your way!!
NEVER SURRENDER! THERE IS NO FINISH LINE! KEEP GOING!

I feel of the sodium wagon, I was able to exercise in order to compensate for the others. I wanted salty treats instead of of chocolate, but I really need to watch my salt intake. Today should be a better day. I HOPE!!!!!!!0

of course i did, it was valentines day! I had 3 pieces of candy and half a bottle of wine:)0

I tried to jump off the wagon rather than falling. Somehow ended up still being under my calories.0

Very sweet of you to post this. There are probably so many people who enjoyed their special day yesterday but feel bad about it today. No need to!0
-
Nope. This wagon can handle a bump in the road. I did indulge in a very delicious dinner, and had some chocolate and wine, but it is not the end of the world and today I will be back to my regularly scheduled calorie goals.
It's not worth panicking over.0 -
No chocolate yesterday. But, sadly, I made up for it today. I only have 390 calories remaining. Yikes!0

I indulged a little and didn't exercise yesterday, but still came within 100 calories of my target. I'm calling that a success!0

very motivating0

I've been off the wagon all dang week, finally back on track today!0
-
Me, after being good all day I ate 100g of chocolate!!! Oops. However I did 1 hour of weights after then 30 min run today before breakfast so hope I have made up a little. Back on track today and as long as the general trend is the right one you are on the right path : )0

I fell off the wagon today! Met a friend for lunch and a movie...I was planning on resting today but I'm going to have to get a workout in! But I will not let this slip-up determine the rest of my day and the day after!0

There is no wagon.
I agree with you...there is no wagon to be on or off...this is a lifestyle not a diet! you're going to allow yourself treats sometimes, you're going to eat bad one day, but really good another..to be able to maintain we have to get rid of the diet mentality and just live our everyday lives in a healthier manner. we have to do this for the rest of our lives..so put that wagon behind you, and jump on this ride we call life!!0 -

Yup. Ate the whole bag of Lindt truffels my husband bought me. That's ok, back on today0

More like willingly jumped off the wagon...
I had an amazing dinner at my favorite Spanish restaurant, shared a half a pitcher of sangria with my boyfriend and topped it off with a chocolate dessert.
No regrets.0 -
Not only did I fall off the wagon yesterday, it backed up and ran me over!!0
-

Ate a lot. Went over for the day. Didn't care. Still don't.
One day does not weight loss make. One day does not weight loss break.
One day does not matter.
30 days out of 365 do not matter.0 -
I didn't just fall off... I hit every single corner on the way down before skidding and rolling to a halt where I was then run over by the vehicle behind it.0
-
Did I fall off? Oh honey, I went SCREAMING from my wagon with fistfulls of peanut butter cookies. I'm surprised it wasn't on the front page.
I'm so ashamed. :sad:0 -

GREAT point! I agree!0 -
Between my normal activity at work and a half hour of combined dancing and walking, I had a MASSIVE deficit. I indulged way more than I should have, but I was STILL UNDER 1000 Net calories. So, I might have got jostled on the wagon train, but didn't fall off.0

Let me say this a different way...I was hoping nookie would take up the slack...but alas...I'd still be doing it if it did.0

We went to Red Lobster. Got their 4 course feast that comes with dessert. I only ate about half of everything and then forget to bring the leftovers home. I tried to choose the healthier items. I got grilled shrimp instead of the coconut shrimp. Had iced tea instead of my standard 2 glasses of coke, had broccoli instead of mashed potatoes. No candy, but had half slice of cheesecake. Todays weighin there was no change and I had a good workout.0

I didn't yesterday... but TODAY the discount chocolate might be a threat, lol!0
-
Aw man...I forgot about the sales!
Thanks. Thanks a lot.0
