1. I keep my makeup in my gym locker.. Therefore I have to go to the gym.
2. I pick out my clothes the night before and put them in my car
3. take "C4" prework out sup. that wakes me right up.. like drinking 3 cups of coffee..LOL
I promise .. if you go every day for 3 weeks it will become habbit and you'll automitacly go0
