    Good Morning all!
    Well I weight in at 248, Its up a little but it so much better than it was last Monday so I am happy. Will count walking and plan to start in the gym Saturday. Hey pray for my mom and fammily. We found out last night my grandma kidney are shutting down. I think we are prepared but it still hard to let go. Well hope everyone has a good day

    Weighed in at 201 today (Here at home) was told at Curves that I lost 3 pounds off of what they recorded me as there, but since i have always used my home scale that is what am sticking to. SO EXCITED! I havn't been at 201 or touching the 190's since before I had my first one....so 7 years......WHEW!
    I am soooooooo SORE from yesterday! Elevated the leg lastnight and BEN_Gayed myself up:) LOL
    Anyhow gonna take it easy today!
    Our 8 year wedding annaversary is on tuesday but hubby has to work all night I believe so i think we are going to celebrate this weekend:flowerforyou: All I want is olive garden (we have to drive 40 mins or so to get it) but I havnt had olive garden in over a year! So that is what I want! Hopefully I will make smart choices there!

    hi everyone....
    Well, very disappointed for many things.

    In March, I had a gain.... today, I weighed again... another gain.

    171.4 And all my measurements are up.....

    It's stressful since my fitness test for my employer is next month.
    I am aware of the weeks I didn't exercise well or eat well. I didn't realzie what an impact that had.


    So change my ways and see what happens.

    On the bright side, my girls went to Curves today with me.

    I am up today, 3 lbs. not a surprise as I have been struggling this week. been reading some older posts trying to get motivated and inspired...again. I am so upset with myself.....all the gains and losses since Jan 1. Gotta do something, seriously....

    I am at 222.4 pounds this week. I am disappointed that I have gained so much weight during my pregnancy:grumble: . I need to eat healthier and eat less sweets. It is so hard when all I want to eat is sweets. The weather has been absolutely gorgeous lately. I am so grateful that I am not pregnant during summer. I am hot and it is only in the 70's. I start going to the doctors every week next week. i can't believe in about 6 weeks I will have a new baby in my house. Time is flying by. I hope everyone is having a great day!:smile:

    Happy Easter to all! oK, it's still Saturday night here..early is better than late.

    Today, we took the kids out for summer clothes shopping... ended up at TGIFs for dinner. So, we know what that means. The portions are larger than one serving, no control on how much butter/oil used, heavy handed salt on fries, etc etc etc.

    I dd order a 6 oz sirlion; however, there was a dessert.

    I didn't purchase the kids any candy for Easter.

    Happy Easter! I hope everyone is having a great Easter! We are just relaxing at home. Getting excited because on Tuesday we have a new 58" TV being delivered! I hope it cheers my husband up. At the end of May he is unemployed and still hasn't found anything for summer or next school year yet. It would be great if he could find a permanent job somewhere. At this point, I will be happy for another 9 month teaching position. I am not think about that today. I am happy the weather is nice and my baby clothes are all washed and sorted for now. I am sure I will rearrange a few more times before the baby arrives. I still have to rearrange the living room furniture for a better set-up for the baby. Enjoy your Easter!:smile:

    Right now depressed angry hurt jealous
    Weighed myself at home UP again. What is happening?

    Part of My breakfast is two hard boiled egg whites which taste really bad.
    I had one yeasterday no problems. Forcing myself to eat the eggs so I don't get something from the cafe

    Jealous that I am not in the losing category with others.

    So my momday morning isn't off to the best start.

    Perhaps tom is affecting me differently this run around.

    hey Barb....might seem impossible to do, but just try to stay positive and get thru today.......I totally understand all the emotions you are feeling right now....and not understanding them. I have not met up with my scale yet today...but am expecting a gain. I just finished TOM, and for once, it was not that bad. Mine are never consistent and this time *part* of it was better..... shorter and much lighter, basically, a breeze, but on the other hand, the emotional part of it was the downer and really messed with my head. I never know what each month is going to bring.....I should keep track....maybe one ovary is meaner than the other...? :bigsmile: So, I am kinda looking forward to a stretch of maybe 2 weeks that will be good (better)....but just making the most of each day is priority and I am gonna really try hard to focus, plan and prioritize. I know if I do that and keep up with the healthiness, I will feel better and have more energy, which almost always helps my mood. We can do this! [hugs] :heart:

    Sorry MIA over the weekend. I just hate getting on my computer at home because of the monitor all screwed up. Ok We need to start over! Lets start the table over, Lets refocus, Lets start challages again. I think we all kind of went our own way thinking ok I am doing good I can do this on my own. Ovisiosly we stiil need each other support. So this week everyday we need to cheeck in and lets post our strenght or what we love about our self or our team!!

    JACQUE! thank you thank you thank you!! I soooo needed to hear that! Felt like I kinda lost my way here for a while...and I'll be the first to admit that I truly rely on this team for 99% of my support...and there are days I "visit" here more than with the people I live with! All men here, so you ladies are it!

    I have missed doing challenges too. I know what I need to do every day to get closer to changing the old me into the new me, but when we have a challenge, I feel like I am accountable to ALL of you and doing a challenge helps me focus more.

    Challenges...mine is going to be exercising 45 minutes 5 days this week! that's 225 minutes!

    Are we gonna do a team challenge? I'm ready!!

    C'mon you SHGP's.....let's get our groove back! :bigsmile:

    Good Morning Pepper's,
    I was so busy this week end between work and cooking dinner for 10. But I just had dinner and then the rest of the day was dessert. I dont think I went over on my calories.

    Ok I am ready for a team challenge, I think we all did better when we were doing them. I need to change things now last year at this time I was doing so much better. I will get out for a walk on lunch today. I am working every day but Sundays on the second job and just found out they are extending taxes until May 11th. So have almost 5 weeks more of the second job. I also only have one month to loose 10 pounds.

    Thank you all for being here for me.

    I do think part of my issue is the roller coaster my dau has me on.
    Last week a suspension for fighting. She's close to repeating the grade again. A just I don't care attitude

    My eve plans where postponed so I am hoping for a run, curves and a walk w the dog.
    A quiet house since kids w my ex.

    Eating lunch chicken rice and green beans.

    Just like you I am greatful for all of my great pepper friends! and WE need to start doing this as a TEAM AGAIN! I think it worked better that WAY! SO I am ready for a GROUP activity!

    Had a great weekend! Ate things that I shouldn't have but that is the past now and this is the week that I kick my own a** :bigsmile:

    Got a ring from the hubby for that anniversary with some more diamonds! (You can never go wrong there) went to take in the engagement ring and wedding band to get re-sized today (As the new one fits and the old ones are WAY too big that is why I dont wear them) SO the new one is a size 7 and the old ones were a size 10 !!!!:blushing: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: the proof is in the pudding lovies! Im the shrinking woman.....slowly....but its happening! LOL
    OK Well this monday is already looking nasty out but I am gonna get to A gym today and work out and do some strenght training at home (As my neighbor gave us a new workout bench thing with weights) so i am totally taking advantage of the thing, as it is taking up my space!

    Barb~ My dear friend I am sorry for not supporting you the way I shuld, if you think that you are failing then it is part our fault as a team! We need to start to work together and get moving fo all of us! So I am totally yours! If yuo wanna work challenges between eachother or all together IM IN! let me know how I can help you:) I hope that your day gets better! AND I am so happy that you girls are going to curves with you! You are laying the foundation for a healthy life for them! That is the best gift ever! and Ill tell you I wish that my mother worked out and I would have known about healthy lifestyles when i was younger! It would have saved me some years of heartache!

    Ok so since its Monday, lets start with a basic challage. Ok everyone lets do 15 min of walking that not apart of our usual routine. Like mini walk after lunch, dinner or even breakfast. Lets add this starting today or tomorrow and everyone post it daily so we can show accountabilty. Everyone get their thinking cap on and let come up with a simple challage for Fridays weight in. I think we should just do a exercise one that is easy for everyone to add to their day. If everyone message me I will pick one to post Friday. Sounds good?

    Afternoon team!

    Had a little thunder shower here...my bulbs are needing some rain. I am a little excited for this week to end b/c my inlaws will be back home. They have been gone since Nov 10, 5 months, and I have really missed them, dh too. They spent the winter in AZ. Am sure they will notice my 'gain'.... dh just came home, sick....hope it's just allergies.

    Cindy ~ how is your arm doing? hope it is on the mend and back to normal soon. you are so busy with your jobs...take it easy..May is almost here.

    Angie ~ sounds like you are ready for that lil one!! All nested!!

    Vita ... aka BB lol, how is derby practice going? I bet that is a god workout! Hey, Happy 8th tomorrow!! Your ring sounds lovely! I have a ring that needs to be re-sized too. Am thinking I need to re-arrange some things in my basement so my gym equipment is more accessible....plenty of things to use....just gotta do it!

    Any of you pepper's interested in a doing a baby "pool" for Anige? just for fun....? guess the day, sex, wt, length? just thought I would throw that out there....of course if Angie would rather not, that is ok...will wait for her response.

    I'm just venting....cuz I'm angry at myself. The chart is accurate but I dislike the figures for me.
    After I entered in all my food, all my exerices I got in five weeks, you will weigh 160.
    Ok... really.... if every day I eat only 1555 calories and do 800+ calories burned for 90 minutes...

    It's not just weight I'm angry on.... angry w/daughter... angry w/hubby.....

    I do believe in about 1 hour I'll be hungry again.. want to eat then get frustrated.

    So, perhaps Tuesday will be good. Don't quite think so. Counseling appt at 12 for daughter (the suspended one) and then 2pm urologist appt for her. I know she's not going to be truthful at either one. And that will frustrate me.

    However, hubby working late & I'm taking the hot momma purple car to it's first car club event. Unfortunately, it's at a food establishment that serves food I like..... sigh.... sigh.... sigh....

    After my last post, I walked the dog. For me, it's an easy 1 mile walk so it's more of a dog training event vs an exercise event.. Not even at 1/2 mile mark, I'm hot, sweaty, feeling nauseous. I'm thinking what is wrong w/me? I felt all out of breath when we got home. Sat in my chair and fell asleep w/an open book on my lap.

    How could it be the walk? It's not uncommon for me to walk 20 minutes on lunch, run 15 min (1.5 miles) do the push ups (20), do the sit ups (50) then do curves and not feel all this way. The only difference yesterday is I didn't do a lunch walk - just walked the dog later in evening.

    I am proud of myself yesterday I did two walks a 25 min at lunch and a 10 min between jobs also, I was under my calories. :drinker:

    My wrist is not broken, I have a blood clot and bruising around the wrist bone and torn all the ligaments in my wrist and arm up to the elbow. Will be a while before it heals. But I can walk for exercise.

    I will walk on lunch today again and I have to add in my weekly challenge to drink my water.

    Have to get back to work. Will check back later. :bigsmile:

    Hey, it's Tuesday!! How is everyone doing? I am sending vibes to each of you pepper's in hopes that today will be a great day, and a BETTER day for some of us...hang in there. I should have got my walk in earlier yesterday, cuz we had storms later in the day...and most of the evening. I went to be w/headache and woke with one...stormed all nite....more later too they say. SO, why did I not get on my treadmill then....or put Leslie's WATP dvd in? HUH??? Will do something about that! Some roads on my bus route are pretty bad now...with the thaw, and now all the rains. Did I tell you all that I got stuck w/my bus last Wed afternoon? Had about 20 kids on the bus (K - 10th) and we waited an hour for the wrecker. This is how we started our Easter holiday! Glad it was nice out tho and not -20!

    Barb....oh my dear....you have enuf going on girl! I think you are under some stress, and maybe that is the cause of your episode while walking. try to get some you, quiet time. Have dh give you a back / neck massage. take a hot bath. I noticed I didn't update your stats in the chart.....I can repost the chart if you want me to, no problem....How was the club event with that Hot Purple Machine? :bigsmile: take care, come here if you need to vent....

    Cindy ~ PROUD!! yay for you on them walks!! your wrist sounds oweeee! be careful with that!

    Food good so far....didn't get my *engine starter* meal in...but plan is to eat every 2-3 hrs.

    I walk about 6 1/2 miles each weekend morning. Had some bouts with nausea and light headedness. I found that if I eat a small amount of protein just before I go for a walk it stopped happening. You could also take some nuts or other protein in a baggie for those moments.

    Sindy - what happened? What did I miss?

    Kelly - keep the chart as is. When I saw my start weight and realized I am much higher now I freaked out.
    My first car event is tonight. Wed nite Dave and I are going to another one. Then I'm taking my son to one on Sunday.

    I had finished dinner approx 1 hr prior to my walk. Had lots of protein w/dinner. So.....it could just be the stress.

    Heading off to errands & appointments. .
