From an exercise perspective, great sneakers, my iPod and my awesome MFP friends who are so dedicated to working out I feel guilty.
From a nutrition perspective, hot tea and my crockpot. Having healthy food to come home to makes life easier and helps me avoid takeout. I freeze what I don't eat for another day.0
