What a great question! We are always so focused on what is wrong with us and we fail to celebrate the beauty we posess right now. That just doesn't seem like a healthy attitude to me! Sure....try to improve your situation. But it seems counter-productive and depressing to me to hate the status quo! That said, I love my cleavage and I love my hair! And actually, I love them so much that if I never do reach my goal weight, I will just be happy to have those things.

That's why I am working on it.

My eyes and I'm pretty busty in a good way. Also my complexion is pretty good. Main thing i'm trying to really work on is losing in my ab and butt area right now....that's where I seemed to have put on the most weight.

Boobs. When I was in high school there was a group of boys that would yell out "BOOBS!" when I'd walk by, which made me self conscious. But after a while I thought to myself, "Hey, I do have a nice rack."
  • my sholders and collar bones... cant stop touching them! its not squishy now

My rack, my naturally wavy brown hair, my blue eyes, and weird, but I love my little wristbones. They're so delicate looking.
  • Honestly, my boobs. They're the only part of fat that I'm going to miss if this working out thing actually works out.

I love that my body can *move*. This past weekend I performed a high-energy traditional Japanese dance in an Asian New Year Festival showcase. It was amazing.

I love my butt lol and my calves...
  • My legs...for a big girl like me, they are still quite shapely.

I've always been a big fan of my boobs. They are a bit smaller now, but still impressive.
Since I've lost weight I like my general body shape, I've always been an hourglass shape, but it all feels more defined and curvier now somehow, which is cool.

What a lovely thing to post :)

    my eyes and my smile,
and, like a lot of people who replied, my body is robust....with no training it took me up the Himalayas, with no training I decided to swim a mile every day for charity and my body just got on with it!
I don't see my metabolism as bad or ineffective, it's amazing! My body clings onto calories and fat for survival 'just in case' ....that makes mine a body built for endurance and survival, a huntress

Good luck with your goals everyone x:flowerforyou:

  • My curves. Overweight or not, I have a nice hour glass figure. :)
  • The sexy inward curve at my rib area, and my vanishing love handles!
  • My calves. Even my thin friends are jealous of my gams.
